    To be fair, Darkseid has manipulated magical beings before, but he is generally a meta-scientific kind of guy.

    oh, still i figured you would have added him, im suprised Colossus didnt add him either, the two people i think of from DC when it comes to magic are Fate and Zatanna. Spectre isnt magic correct? he is just the right hand of god or something?

    Spectre is magic. He is in fact the most powerful magical entity in the universe.

    Check what the Phantom said. Also, the Spectre is the Wrath of God, not his right hand man (that would probably be Michael, had he not been dead).
     
    The Spectre's power is mystically derived. It was the reason why the Spectre himself wished to commit suicide after destroying all magic, during Day of Vengeance. He also stated he can draw upon every magical source, in the same series (when he faced Shazam, in the Rock of Eternity).

    thanks i kinda thought he was but then i thought that it was kinda just like a power cosmic type thing in the DC universe.
