Only when joined to or super juiced up by the Speed Force can any version of the Flash be capable of such things. He was in KC.

Speed Force is unlimited so Flash's powers are too but I don't think we'll ever see him use its full potential.

Even if he could run between 2 places & say, have 2 conversations at the same time, IDK if that would be considered being in 2 places at the same time. It just appears that way to use because our perception of time. For him more time would be passing & he would experience the travel between those 2 points, etc.

He was sortof omnipresent in Kingdom Come, yes. But only in Kingdom Come and it's non-canon.
