    BLONDE POWER!

Story: Still free falling from the sky since last issue, Steph is about to go in to Calculator's lair. Babs is still trapped in Noah's mind and she cannot find the exit. Steph reaches the lair but she has to pass some lasers. Steph runs into Wendy's brother Marvin. Oh yeah her dead brother Marvin. Babs still struggles with Noah in his head. Steph sets off an alarm. Babs still fights Noah in his mind Steph stumbles into even more trouble with a giant nanotech monster. Wendy crashes in through the ceiling with the helecopter. Steph and Wendy get Babs out of Noah's head. At the end Wendy becomes Proxy, which means Batgirl has Oracle and Proxy for help.
Writing: Well this issue was kind of slow but it picked up at the end.
Characters: I do love that Wendy is now part of the team!
Dialogue: As always it is a pleasure to read miss Brown's dialogue. Purely hilarious.

    Art: Very good.
Cover: I gotta say these covers have been great lately. She looked gorgeous on this cover.
Penciling: This issue's penciling felt different. I liked that it was bolder.
    Coloring: Very good.

    Favorite pages and why.
5: Well we all do what Steph did on this page. We take the quick way out.
8: Don't touch anything. Touch. Alarm goes off. Who writes this stuff? Oh wait Brian Q. Miller. Good stuff.
    13 and 14: Action!
20 and 21: Welcome to the team Proxy.

Reasons to and not to pick up.
Reasons to pick up: Good conclusion and art. The cover was amazing. Also the new member Proxy.
Reasons not to pick up: This issue was slow and the Oracle parts were a little confusing.
Verdict: Pick it up. 4 out of 5.
