NIGHTCRAWLER #6

(W) Chris Claremont (A/CA) Todd Nauck

• As an ambassador to the Jean Grey School, Nightcrawler heads out to locate a newly-manifested mutant.

• But little does he know that classic X-MEN villains THE CRIMSON PIRATES have their own nefarious designs for the mutant.

• Just what will it take for Nightcrawler to save the new mutant and escape with his own skin?

THE CRIMSON PIRATES? Classic Villains?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

They were another much of generic villains Claremont created during the revolution age, just like the Neo, the Goth, Lost Souls, etc.

Man, there should be a Nightcrawler movie. Unfortunately, the title has already been taken.

If mutants want to escape discrimination, why not just find their own planet to inhabit? There's more than enough X-Men characters to do so. ':(

Because they shouldn't have to. It would be like leaving your home that you've paid for and remodeled because your neighbor doesn't like you and sits on his porch with a shotgun...your house is yours...who is that guy to try to run you off?

@Amazingwebhead To be fair the Apocalyose Twins tried that in Uncanny Avengers and it turned out OK. Having said that I agree with @DarkDay, the fact that they whole mutant race could easily pick up and move to another planet is irrelevant, they just shouldn't have too.

@mangakid1995: @darkday: That was really a bad joke (a really bad joke) I was using to bitch about how many X-Men characters there are.

I've liked this series thus far. Getting a little sick of the new students in the other x books.

I am still a bit salty about how they bring back Amanda Sefton only to leave her in afterlife ...

I get it that they giving Kurt a longterm goal and arc about finding a way to bring her back but it was just too fast O.o
