“Listen closely. Is that thunder? Or voices? Or the opening chords for the end of worlds? The monsters are coming.” - Grant Morrison

From the minds of acclaimed filmmaker, Barry Sonnenfeld (director of the, “Men In Black” Films) and superstar graphic novel creator, Grant Morrison (Batman, The Invisibles, Action Comics, 18 Days), comes "Dinosaurs Vs. Aliens," from Liquid Comics. The story focuses on a secret world war battle that was never recorded in our history books. When an alien invasion attacks Earth in the age of the dinosaurs, our planet's only saviors are the savage prehistoric beasts which are much more intelligent than humanity has ever imagined.

“Men In Black III director Barry Sonnenfeld has made what is pretty much the most epic announcement of all time - he's getting ready to put together Dinosaurs Vs. Aliens!” - Perez Hilton

“Tired of X Vs. Y movies? Too bad! Now shut up and eat your awesome....are there any ‘Versus’ movies that can top aliens against dinosaurs?” - i09.com

The rough-and-ready sailors who set out to rescue Jane Porter from hairy man-apes find themselves in need of salvation. Lucky for them, they have the greatest action hero of all time on their side! Tarzan has already rescued Jane, but can he win the confidence of the men he is trying to help? Jane, meanwhile, is torn between her feelings for Tarzan and her desire to return to civilization. She'll have to make a difficult choice in Lord of the Jungle #5: Lost Treasure. Be thankful comics can't transmit smells in addition to images!

It's Grant Morrison. It's supposed to look silly -- but it is also supposed to be really good.

Same here (Though it sounds like it'd be directed by Michael Bay?) and lol thanks. Have you seen Dinosaur Comics before? Like the one that is always the same strip but different lines. Those are awesome. They should make an animated movie out of that.

Yeah, same here. Pretty dramatic dialogue for something that initially sounded so...silly.

I am REALLY feeling Dinos vs. Aliens. Lord of the Jungle is good too but that art and the story from what I've read so far in this extended preview makes me REALLY want to read further. And I love the Planet X reference!

Can't really see what's going on with the dinosaurs in the action sequences. But if Dinosaurs versus Aliens isn't an excellent attention grabbing I don't know what is.
