Anton Yelchin Rumored to be Harry Osborn

Is his hair right for the role?

Now that we know Andrew Garfield will be Spider-Man (and how much he's getting paid for it), a new rumor has surfaced. Oh No They Didn't stumbled across Anton Yelchin as Harry Osborn on Yelchin's IMDB page. If IMDB is reporting it, it must be true, right? 
 
The page does list him as being "rumored" for the part but since it's listed in his credits, perhaps there may be some possibility of this possibly being true.
 
The question is, is Yelchin, or more importantly, is his hair right for the role? He's six years younger that Andrew Garfield but I'm sure they can pull playing the same age. Yelchin has played different types of roles. You've probably seen him as Kyle Reese in Terminator Salvation and Chekov in Star Trek. I just saw him the other day in a 2007 movie with Robert Downey Jr (that I mentioned on the podcast) called Charlie Parker.
 
I loved James Franco as Harry but Yelchin wouldn't be a bad choice. If he does play Harry, who will play Norman and will we see the Green Goblin (again)?

For Norman Osborn they could use Tommy Lee Jones. They have already used his likeness in the comics.

He is good for the role i thought he was for peter but harry suits him fine he has the hair and in the beggining for those who thinks he's abit nerdy harry started out that way with peter until they started to drift off as friends thats when he became the ladies man u all know him as 
but The Real Question is who will be the new norman osborn

Bruce Greenwood should be Norman Osborne. He was great as Captain Pike in "Star Trek." He is also the voice of Batman in "Under the Red Hood," the animated film.

Just flicked through essential team-up vol. 1 and i can see this guy playing harry. The only roles I've seen him in have him cast as quite a timid character, but who knows, maybe hes got badass-ladies man hidden in him somewhere. Im definately not going to be slating him unless/til we see him in the role

He is a good solid actor and honestly was up for the part in Spider-Man, maybe should have gotten it. I would have still preferred a much younger cast for these movies, similar to Harry Potter but not as young, so we could get multiple stories of them in High School and than going into college.

Just because Harry is in it doesnt mean Gobbie is far behind. Harry has always been a part of Peter Parkers personal life. Like Batman begins, they may call it a 'reboot' but they know what enemies have been done on film.no need to revisit goblin when fans want something new and fresh to sell this film.  id be all for Scorpion or Kraven. some classic '60s villians that he fought as a teen.

@Ikkybooger:  Anybody that's not a wimp must be over compensating huh that sounds like a resentful wish from a pussy himself.  Maybe just maybe, having a twig little guy play a super hero is simply as stupid as having some common girl play a super model. They don't do that for Superman, clark was a straight laced dorky kind of guy, but they still had a guy who was 6'4 and in shape play the role, because they had enough sense to know that later he would be playing SUPERMAN.  Spiderman is not and can not be some little twirp, any more than any other super hero aside from the ones who get powers from items, armor, magic etc. 
 
and for the record, I'm not that big, 6'0  about 200-204
 
These guys are not super heroes. They're nice actors and fine for a lot of roles but not a super hero action movie. That's what was wrong with the last set of spiderman's and the first few Batmans. They played up more to the secret identity role of Peter and Bruce than to the hero everyone came to see.
