The War Continues
My first 5/5 review!
Reign of the Doomsdays is close to its epic finale. As the Doomsdays rampage across Earth, the Superman Family rallies Earth's heroes together to mount a defense. Meanwhile, Superman travels to the Doomslayer's ship to stop him once and for all.
This issue is a perfect example of action and epicness. It shows that the stakes are high and that Superman must do everything in his power to defeat the Doomslayer. And while Superman goes to stop the primary villain, the heroes of Earth must stop the Doomsday clones.
The way the issue is written, it seems that Reign of the Doomsdays takes place after Grounded, and that makes sense. My opinion of the order of events is that story arcs take place in the order they are written, unless DC says otherwise.
I like the sense of duty and companionship the heroes share in this issue. With Earth in danger, they must stand together and fight the Doomsdays. Also, I like that the Eradicator survived his ordeal with the Doomslayer, and know he has the chance to help Superman and the others to fight.
There is nothing wrong with this issue.
