They should have called it...MEH 1

Spoilers for this issue on inside so look out. I'm reading all the Villain Month issues for the new reader perspective. Of course I know about Lex, but then again who doesn't? I was really looking forward to this one. The Good:Lex is certainly Lex, you get to see him slowly build up a plan piece by piece and then watch it all come together in a really tricky little way. Lex is also very in character here, being arrogant and smug and it's just fun to read him. It's nice seeing a day in the life ...

The World Needs Lex Luthor 4

Villains Month has been very inconsistent so far, as although we've had some amazing stories out of it, we have also had some really horrible ones. I have however been looking forward to this one, as bar the fact that Lex Luthor is Superman's arch enemy, I wanted to see what Charles Soule could do on a Superman comic seems he'll be handling his and Wonder Woman's relationship in Superman/Wonder Woman.PlotFresh out of jail, Lex Luthor goes about growing his empire, and utilising the fact that Sup...

IntroNow it’s time for Lex Luthor! As I have read Forever Evil I was really anticipating reading this book. I was hoping to learn more about his past but instead we get a prelude to Forever Evil. It’s still a good book that’s definitely worth picking up. I just would have still preferred an origin story because there isn’t a lot we know about this version. So, if you had fun reading about Lex Luthor in Forever Evil you will like this one for sure. StoryLex Luthor is out of prison and discovers ...

Action Comics: Vol. 2: Issue #23.3: Lex Luthor being his Normal Self 0

This comic is awesome, Lex is just acting like himself, creating plans to just destroy anyone he perceives as a threat, whether it's another businessman, his personal assistant, or even Superman, which along with the beautiful artwork makes for a great book despite the lack of big action....
