This is an alternative origin story of Iron man. Rhodey is in China attempting to raise a city. When the building site is attacked Rhodey is taken hostage, Tony attempts to save him but ends up being captured too. As the 4 element of the city come to life, Tony is being blamed for sell weapons to the Chinese. Tony has to become Iron Man to escape from his captures before he is able to defeat the 4 elements and clear his name.
