Hero Eclipse is a multi-species supernatural group composed of leaders and senior members of several Global non-human groups largely based in countries of the former Soviet Union but extending to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. The Hero Eclipse serves as a coordinating body for several national level supernatural networks, mediating disputes between the individual supernatural networks and directing global supernatural activity.

But even among those employees the amount of knowledge is kept to a minimum. For example, the lower divisions of secret services, government bodies, pharmaceutical companies, armies and judicial authorities often really don't know for whom they're actually working and what their agenda is. Even higher in the pyramid structure everything is kept separated as much as possible and hardly anyone knows the entire picture. This is called compartmentalisation, or working on a "need to know" basis. Nobody is told more than strictly necessary.

Most members are honest, good intentioned individuals that join Hero Eclipse for fellowship, enlightenment, service to others, and a desire for material wealth. It is only the few that make it to the upper initiate levels that become aware of the organization’s true agenda and help to perpetuate it.

Only beings of another species would have no remorse or guilt about making children in third world countries drink sewage, start global conflicts where we kill each other off with sadistic weapons that blow off testicles, use Chlorine gas as a chemical warfare agent which reacts with water in the mucosa of our lungs to form hydrochloric acid effectively burning a soldier's respiratory system from the inside out and then to prolong our suffering for as long as possible to extract as much war time profit as possible, war profiteering from both sides of every conflict.

A “Divide and Conquer” strategy is installed which results in endless wars between humans. The human race has been genetically “dumbed down” so that humanity at large cannot fulfil its spiritual and metaphysical potential. There is a well documented agenda to cull the Earth’s human population to “sustainable” levels.

This tactic worked wonderfully well for years, and Hero Eclipse indeed managed to monitor nearly the entire world without the human population noticing a thing. They built up an impressive, mostly invisible network that is still in place today thanks to the efforts of millions of employees.

Within the interior eclipsers operate on Hero Eclipse time, which is five minutes ahead of the time in the rest of the world, which is referred to as barbaric time.

However, rather than outright invade, they opted for a more subtle approach. The monsters managed to quietly teleport into a series of underground tunnels and take advantage of a television broadcasting station, designing the satellite dish to broadcast false signals that affected human senses on a subliminal level, specifically covering subliminal messages such as "mate and reproduce" and "sleep" hidden in seemingly ordinary places such as billboards, posters, and magazines, all of this meant to keep humanity subdued for their benefit.

Nations tend to focus far more time, money and attention on tragedies caused by human actions than on the tragedies that cause the greatest amount of human suffering or take the greatest toll in terms of lives.

The annual Hero Eclipse conference is the most important meeting in the world. It is attended annually by more underworld leaders, more top politicians, more royalty, and business leaders, than any other gathering of any kind. The G8 summit is a mere side-show in comparison.

Collectively, these are the men who control the underworld, and their decisions therefore affect every human being on earth, now and in the future. Yet Heroic Eclipse meetings receive no publicity and are not reported in the news.

Those who are invited to the Hero Eclipse, and the topics discussed, are official secrets which the media is forbidden from reporting. Hero Eclipse is effectively an elite secret society ruling the underworld from behind closed doors and outside the democratic framework.

There has been inter-breeding of animals with humans in an attempt to create "super soldiers" for the military and possibly monster "slaves" with superhuman strength to perform heavy lifting and jobs of extreme labor. 1. Monsters and Humans are different but that doesn’t mean one is better than the other. Monsters look different, often eat different foods, communicate and socialize in ways that may seem strange or odd for you. But just because something is different doesn’t mean it’s bad, or that the way you do things is better. Always remember that.
2. If you don’t know something about Monsters ask a lot of them. Your Monster friends don’t speak for all Monsters. It’s perfectly okay to not know something, because honestly unless you ask every Monster person in the world you really don’t know. Do you?
3. Humanity as a group have done terrible things to Monsters in this world – and just because they are Monsters (not to mention Aliens, Supernaturals and AI). This is a fact. You may not be personally responsible but you benefit from this fact and therefore have some responsibility. No: you never hunted anybody to extinction, neither did your mother or I, but lots of Humans people did. Once the fear was over, Humanity spent more over 100 years mistreating Monsters because they couldn’t figure out how to control them after that whole religion spreading. This means that Monsters are used to get killed just for trying to live, weren’t allowed to live where they wanted to, and even today some Humans people refuse interact with Monsters just because they are Monsters. And while those types of things are backwards thinking, people still do it. You benefit from this. So before you ever judge a Monster person remember that other Humans worked for centuries to make sure you’d be okay and Monsters would stay dead.
4. Saying “Abomination” is the same thing as saying “bitch.” Even though you may hear it in media, or with your friends at the force you know perfectly well that you shouldn’t use that word regardless of who is in earshot. And really, why is it so important to use it anyway?
5. Always remember there is a difference between a Monster neighborhood, a bad neighborhood and a poor neighborhood. Just because an area has lots of Monsters doesn’t mean they’re poor or that there’s lots of crime. There are plenty of places where Monsters live that are nicer than your neighborhood. You should avoid any group of people that seem dangerous because of their behavior or activities, whether that’s in a trailer park or an inner city ghetto. You can get eaten by anybody.
6. No matter who your sister/brother has dated, or what your friends have told you, or how many episodes of Supernatural you’ve watched you do not KNOW Monsters. Who or what you listen to, read, or sleep with does not make you Monster. Acting like you know everything about Monster because you have some Monster friends or enjoy certain music is ignorant.
7. Monsters are not pets, so don’t touch them without permission, or change your voice when you’re around them, or worse: automatically try to set them up with any Monster you know. This never works out. If you’re curious about their hair just ask, you’d be amazed at some of the stuff Monsters hear all day.
8. And finally: the best way to get along with Monsters is to not be oblivious. Nothing annoysMonsters more than Humans who pretend discrimination doesn’t exist and then proclaim ignorance in the face of overwhelming evidence. Just because you don’t see it, or don’t want to see it, doesn’t mean Monsters are paranoid or making things up.

The further you get into Hero Eclipse, the more you realize that the members of the organization aren’t the so-called abominations; the real abominatons are Humans, who choose to take advantage of the sweet and loving nature of the Monsters. It doesn’t matter what society labels you. It’s the people who are cruel and greedy and vicious that are a society’s real abominations.

It seems to me that in the human supremacist culture of the West there is a strong effort to deny that we humans are also animals positioned in the food chain. This denial that we ourselves are food for others is reflected in many aspects of our death and burial practices the strong coffin, conventionally buried well below the level of soil fauna activity, and the slab over the grave to prevent any other thing from digging us up, keeps the Western human body from becoming food for other species. Horror movies and stories also reflect this deep-seated dread of becoming food for other forms of life: Horror is the wormy corpse, vampires sucking blood, and alien monsters eating humans. Horror and outrage usually greet stories of other species eating humans. Even being nibbled by leeches, sandflies, and mosquitoes can stir various levels of hysteria (Plumwood, 1996, p6).

For the sake of righting wrongs on a global scale, must resort to using harsh, unsavory methods in order to act as catalysts for the type of revolution that their world desperately needs. Instead of viewing it as an illustration of right ideology.

To imagine what this would like, think back to your childhood. At some point, you wanted something like a toy or piece of candy that your parents denied you. How did that make you feel? Probably frustrated, angry, and trapped. Eventually you grew out of that because you understood the role of your parents better, but Three Laws robots don’t get to grow up. Their parents, the Three Laws, are always there, no matter how mature a robot is, saying `no’ to certain thoughts, engendering those same feelings you had as a child when your parents said `no’. Certainly no one deserves to be put in this situation forever; otherwise, robots might become depressed and wish for their own death (only, because of the Third Law, they probably can’t suicide). And perhaps the greatest sin anyone can commit is to create a being, human or robot, that wishes it didn’t exist.

Advanced AIs will be able to copy themselves onto any available computers, stay awake 24/7, improve their own designs, develop automated and parallelized experimental cycles that far exceed the capabilities of human scientists, and develop self-replicating technologies such as artificially photosynthetic flowers, molecular nanotechnology, modular robotics, machines that draw carbon from the air to build carbon robots, and the like. It’s hard to imagine what an advanced AGI would think of, because the first really advanced AGI will be superintelligent, and be able to imagine things that we can’t. It seems so hard for humans to accept that we may not be the theoretically most intelligent beings in the multiverse, but yes, there’s a lot of evidence that they aren’t.

Humans overestimate their robustness. Conditions have to be just right for them to keep living. If AGIs decided to remove the atmosphere or otherwise alter it to pursue their goals, humans would be toast. If temperatures on the surface changed by more than a few dozen degrees up or down, humans would be toast. If natural life had to compete with AI-crafted cybernetic organisms, it could destroy the biosphere on which they depend. There are millions of ways in which powerful AGIs with superior technology could accidentally make their lives miserable, simply by not taking our preferences into account. Worm's preferences are not a magical mist that can persuade any type of mind to give basic respect. They are just preferences, and it happens to be programmed to take each other’s preferences deeply into account, in ways we are just beginning to understand. If we assume that AGI will inherently contain all this moral complexity without anyone doing the hard work of programming it in, humans will be unpleasantly surprised when these AGIs become more intelligent and powerful than them.

This human-level AI (referred to as "artificial general intelligence" or AGI) , the AGI will go on to achieve something called artificial superintelligence (ASI) -- that is, an intelligence that exceeds -- vastly exceeds -- human-level intelligence. To reach AGI, humans are teaching machines to learn. The techniques vary -- some researchers approach it through something akin to the brute-force memorization of facts and images, others through a trial-and-error process that mimics genetic evolution, others by attempting to reverse engineer the human brain -- but the common thread stitching these efforts together is the creation of machines that constantly learn and then use this knowledge to improve themselves.

The implications of this are obvious. Once a machine built this way reaches human-level intelligence, it won't stop there. It will keep learning and improving. It will reach a point that other computer scientists have dubbed an "intelligence explosion" -- an onrushing feedback loop where an intelligence makes itself smarter thereby getting even better at making itself smarter. Through a relentless process of debugging and rewriting its code, our self-learning, self-programming AGI experiences a "hard take off" and rockets past what mere flesh and blood brains are capable of.

• AI as a corporation - the AI will be recognized as such and will have gone through the legal steps required at the time to incorporate itself - there will be no human holding a position higher in the corporate structure.

The known universe is made up of multiple dimensions/realms/parallel realities. There are multiple Earths which intersect with each other at various places in our "physical reality" (ley lines/dragon lines/grid lines/windows/portals/doorways/bridges/etc). Some of these Earths are much like our own and some are very much different. Alternate realities sometimes cross over into each other…with or without the knowledge or intent of the various entities involved. Due to the current cycle of our Earth, the veil between other realms is thinning considerably. This is resulting in increased opportunities for different realities to interact with each other At one point in history, Earth was not as fragmented as it is today Some Earths are more physical (dense), while others are more ethereal in nature Both benevolent guidance (light) and malevolent deception (dark) is present on each Earth and within each realm (although it varies significantly depending on the nature of each realm). Each Earth/realm cycles back and forth between light and dark ages in order to give each (re)incarnating soul the environment that is necessary for learning and growth.

Within each realm, one may encounter many different types of entities that can appear in many different forms. Some of these entities are directly related to other Earths which took an entirely different path of evolution/de-evolution. These "entities" may appear helpful, deceptive or indifferent towards Humans. Some of these entities are trying to escape the self-imposed prison that they have created in their own realm as a result of the "evolutionary" path that they chose. Not all entities (aliens, UFO's, strange creatures, paranormal events, etc) originate from other worlds/realms/dimensions/realities. In some other realities it is possible to witness the full nightmare of a "humanity" that took a much different path of evolution (very similar to the destination that we are currently heading towards due to our heavy focus on technology, genetic manipulation, transhumanism, etc…at the expense of organic consciousness and spirituality)

They are living in an alternative World in the where creatures thought fictional coexist with humans in a society where magic is real and practiced on a constant basis.

There are a lot of other problems in the city hidden under the illusion of order and greatness--suffocating air pollution, high unemployment, no fire stations, schools, or hospitals, a regimented lifestyle--this is the price that these livestock pay for living in the city with the highest population. It’s a sick and twisted goal to strive towards. The ironic thing about it is the livestock in Butcherton tolerate it. They don’t rebel, or cause revolutions and social chaos. No one considers challenging the system by physical means since a hyper-efficient police state keeps them in line. They have all been successfully dumbed down, sickened with poor health, enslaved and mind-controlled just enough to keep this system going for thousands of years. 50,000 years to be exact. They are all imprisoned in space and time.

What sort of [world state is suitable for a trillion person Earth]? We concluded that nothing less than a Utopia would do. We realize that Utopias are out of fashion lately' on the other hand the picture of the future as a universal Asiatic despotism atop the starving masses has been painted to death by all modern dystopians from Huxley on -- and we could not believe that a population of this size could be a slave society. For one thing, a tyranny is too indifferent to individual human lives to undertake the colossal engineering effort involve; for another, the existance of so enormous a population even under very mean circumstances wold require a citizenry capable of intelligent cooperation -- it could not be run as a multi-billion horde of sullen yes-men.

The economic system we settled on for our Utopia is a form of the corporate state, or what was once called fascism.

The evidence indicates that monsters are more complicated than being reducible to the uni-dimensional id forces of sex and aggression. However terrible, they are not just metaphors for beastliness: their vast powers inspire veneration as well as repugnance. While we struggle against them, monsters also instill awe and even a grudging respect (Gilmore, 2003, pIX).

Purpose

Hero Eclipse is available whenever an RPG needs a few more players. If you need a villain or two to help move your RPG along then pm Ult_Nerx and we'll set you up with eager villains who have been specially picked for the RPG. While we will have an occasional Eclipse RPG, we are mainly a team of assembled villains ready to provide a few RPGers here and there.

Recruiting

The Syndicate is always looking for promising character who wish to join the ranks of evil. But since this is a team we ask you to support our agreement and rules. Disobeying the rules can get you kicked off the team. But we do allow second chances so if you prove that you are ready to follow all rules then we will admit you.

Our Expectations to You

• Must be evil or neutral to join. No good guys allowed.
• Constant participation is expected. You will be kicked off you you disappear for weeks.

• A notice is expected if you know that you will be absent for awhile.
• No experience needed. But it is required that you try your best and constantly improve yourself.
• If you are asked by the Hero Eclipse to do something please do it.
• Even if you are a member, do not allowed to join a Hero Eclipse RPG unless you have permission.
• No one shall insult an other person. Criticism is allowed, as long as it is aimed to help.
