Ninjutsu
Diamond Morph
One of Kakuzu's signature jutsu is Diamond Morph, the ability to harden any part of his body (or all of it) to the denseness of a diamond:
Kakuzu hardens his head so as to not be injured by a direct hit from a sword:
He hardens his arm to protect himself from a paper bomb:
He hardens his body so that he receives no damage from Choji's "Spiked Human Bullet Tank" jutsu:
Either through his own durability or his Diamond Morph jutsu, Kakuzu tanks a strike from Yu'gito when she's in Tailed Beast Mode, and is shown later without any scratches whatsoever:
Jiongu
Kakuzu restrains Izumo and Kotetsu with Jiongu (the last scan is to demonstrate how far Kakuzu can reach):
Kakuzu hides his hand underground so that he can remove Shikamaru's chakra blades binding his shadow:

Masks
Kakuzu has four masks, and with them four hearts that he stole from other shinobi he killed throughout the years. Because if this, he has to be killed five times for him to actually die (you have to kill all of his stolen hearts and kill him):
The masks can also detach themselves from his body to make 4 creatures capable of attacking independently:
Each of the masks can use a different chakra nature. Here, the wind mask uses Wind Style: Pressure Damage:
