Curse Powers
Tornado
Tempester's unnamed Curse revolves around the use of natural calamities and disasters, mostly generating fierce tornadoes that wrap around his body and limbs. His tornadoes are capable of destroying Yajima's whole restaurant:
His tornadoes are strong enough to overpower Evergreen's Fairy Machine Gun magic and blow her away as well:
Tempester can create at least three large sized tornadoes, which are capable of blowing away Lucy, Juvia, and Natsu:
In his Etherious form, he can create at least three large tornadoes with a hand gesture:
He can also use his tornadoes to travel:
When he uses this method to travel, all he has to do is touch an enemy and he can send them flying with his wind powers:
After being hit with this magic, Freid would note that he couldn't move, meaning Tempester's attacks (at least this one) stops an enemies' movements for a short time:
He can turn his arm into a tornado to grab hold of an enemy, restricting their movements:
Fire
Tempester can also unleash a large amount of fire, strong enough to send former council member Yajima flying back:
Tempester can release a large explosion of fire out of his mouth:
Lightning
With a have of his hand, Tempester can catch an enemy in an electric field and then hit them with a large lightning bolt:
Gravity (?)
In a type of move that resemble gravity manipulation, Tempester can use either gravity or the force of wind to violently slam down enemies. Natsu has him in his grip and is ready to throw him, but Tempester uses this ability and slams him into the ground, along with Gajeel and Torafuzar:
Magical Barrier Particles
Tempester can explode his body, which creates large amounts of black particles that, once inhaled, can cause Magic deficiency in Mages and illness in others:
These particles contaminate the Ethernano in the atmosphere, which weakens the magic of Mages:
Porlyusica even notes that ingesting even a pinch can be deadly:
Despite Laxus sacrificing his own health and breathing in a large amount of the particles, they were still able to affect a whole town, killing over a hundred people, even some without magic:
These particles knocked out Yajima, Bixslow, Evergreen, and Freid after mere seconds of inhaling them:
Possibly due to his ability to load his body with these particles, Tempester was able to sit on the floor while Torafuzar flooded the large building they were in with his poisonous water, despite this water being able to knock out Natsu, Lucy, and Juvia within minutes of inhaling the water:
Etherious Form
Being a Demon from the Book of Zeref, Tempester has an Etherious Form, which is pretty much a full-on demon form, amping his stats to higher levels:
In this form, Tempester has tanked punches from a Lightning-Flame Mode enhanced Natsu:
As well as tank Natsu's strongest attack in that form:
And he was quick enough to dodge of one of Gray's Devil Slayer-enhanced Ice arrows:
Strength
Tempester punches through stone tile ground:
He can also block kicks from Natsu:
Tempester trades blows with Natsu in close combat:
Even though he blocks it, Tempester sends Natsu flying with a punch:
Speed
Tempester reacts to Evergreen's Fairy Machine Gun magic after it's been fired in time to blow her away with his tornadoes:
Tempester keeps up with Natsu in close combat:
Durability
Tempester tanks a lightning bolt from Laxus:
Tempester is punched into the ground by Natsu but bounces right back up with almost no injury:
Tempester takes a strong kick to the back from Laxus and is nearly unfazed:
Tempester would remain conscious after Laxus attacked him with a hammer-fist type move that left a large crater in the ground nearly the size of a small house:
