The Insider
Bruce designed the Insider armor to protect Pepper Pennyworth when he wasn't around. Little did he know that Dr. Joke had hacked it to make Pepper his puppet. She escaped his control and wreaked havoc in New Gotham until she was stopped and saved by the Iron Family.

Lucius Hogan
Lucius was Thomas Stark's bodyguard and friend of the family. He's old military and later worked in Stark Enterprises as a consultant. When Bruce came back after his endless travels, he appointed Lucius as the company CEO. Always happy to screw with Stark, Dr. Joke also turned him evil for a time, bombarding him with Gamma rays and naming him the Abomination!

When he was ten, Stark created his first A.I., naming him Jarvis in honor of Pepper's late father. Later, it became the Iron Cave's main computer system. This system controls the Iron Hounds, the cave's fearless guardians!

A prisoner of war in Japan, he was taught Judo and Karate by a fellow inmate. He freed himself and came back to the States to fight crime.

Unfair Cowards of the Bizarro Zone
We saw some of this history already... the first Bizarro was a creation of Lex Loki, who mixed Thunderman's genes with a janitor at Lexxon. The creature was a tragic figure though, so Thunderman asked the Tribunal to create a world for him. Thus was created Bizarro Earth and the Unfair Cowards, their unprotectors. They were the tools of Judah during the Infinity Crisis.

They are both from Earth R, a world where Martians invaded Earth in 1000 AD. Kirak, a Native American, was abducted by them as a child and given psychic powers. He was later rescued by the sorceress Valda Frost and her band of Norsemen. They fight the alien invaders ever since.

He was a history teacher that got stuck, like Sonja Redwar, in Hyperborean times. Unlike her, his magic sword allows him to come back to our time at will.

Also named the Destroyer. An heir to the throne of Atlantis, he was possessed by a primordial demon. That got him expelled from the city and he now roams the Hyperborean lands, living as a barbarian.

Yin and Yang
They were old friends, burglars, who were in prison together. When they escaped, an alien gave them a new chain that linked them together and gave them superpowers. They fought Leviathan, Iron Bat and Thunderman. They were both killed by the Slayer.

Signal Face
Gordon Cobb is an old gang member who tried to go legit in the field of traffic sign serigraphy. When that failed, he fought Iron Bat as the laughable Signal Face. After a confrontation with Green Spider he tried to be a hero, only to also fail miserably.

They are an all-female gang haunting the streets of New Metropolis. Their beef with American Wonder is something to behold. These three members are the core of the group, but they are also joined by ordinary girls and other female powerhouses, like Killer Ten and Dark Poison.
