In simplest terminology Cloe is a shapeshifter with an ability to adjust things she contacts as well. An in depth understanding of atomic composition she can change matter at her will. With exceptions of a radius of fifty feet, this means that the floor or a conjured projectile can only be influenced to a certain point. This however is the only real limitation of which is known of the shape shifter. She has shown able to transform from adamantine to oxygen, from a elder man to a cat, from a singular atom to something rivaling the size of a kaiju. Because of this many additional attributes might exist such as an ability to slip through matter increase or decrease temperatures and so on.
Bio:
Has only been active in covert operations for around ten years, though documentation would suggest she's been active for an additional seven years. Burried in files forgotten of a military compound that was abandoned eighteen years ago is reports of her suggesting two years of rigorous but undocumented experimentation.
Usually Cloe at any givin time will let her cells shed, casting atoms of herself through the air to give herself essentially a fifty foot radius of sensory perception. As any of these atoms can function as eyes and ears her awareness though limited becomes an advanced attribute allowing her a better chance of changing to what she needs when she needs it.
