    Owner of Visionary Productions. His company belongs Los Angeles.

    He tried to kidnapp Amber Hunt using his Cybernoids managed by Supreme Soviet. Russian mercenary failed in that mission, so he punished killing him using Hot Rox.

    He expects put a potential through the M-RNA process, and the product may be a useful tool or perhaps, if the victim is very lucky a weapon.

    With Theta Virus process it will provide him an army of superhumans to fight for his cause. His vision of mankind's future.
