    Creation

    Jimmie Robinson created Ice Queen and picked the name, "James Barry" from an infamous case in the late 1800s UK history.

    Origin

    James Barry was the identity adopted by Ying Shi Kwan (Ice Queen) after her defeat, and near death, at the hands of Bomb Queen. Following sex realignment surgery, James returned to New Port City with the intent to bring about regime change by gaining control of Bomb Queen's super computer, Occularium, and declaring himself Bomb King.
