    Origin

    Ten year old Harry Kelly was out one day when he heard gunfire. He came accross a dying man who claimed to be an agent of the Red Panda, and said he needed to get a message to his boss. Harry then met Constable Andy Parker, who revealed himself to also be an agent of the Red Panda. Andy took Harry to deliver the message. Placing himself in great danger to help the Red Panda get evidence against the criminal known as the Golden Claw, young Harry Kelly was sworn in as Agent 391.

    Harry Kelly was originally created for the podcast radio drama series, "The Red Panda Adventures." Harry first appeared in episode 15, "When Darkness Falls," on November 4, 2006. Young Harry Kelly was played by Shannon Arnold, with Scott Moyle taking over the role in Harry's teen years.
