Powers and Abilites
Wish Granting: As his father once had the ability to grant a wish of any kind, Goliath possesses the power as well, yet with no limits. Goliath is not able to grant any wish of his own unless collecting seven dragon balls the traditional way.
Spirit Blast: Goliath is able to fire beams of power from his arms on demand, the beam is extremely cold as it hits even though it has no ice properties. The attack is made to vibrate an opponents insides as it plasma burns where it will hit.
Flight: Using his flight he can soar at the speed of sound, or even faster if he puts in effort. When flying his body slithers back and forth to push back air as he flies.
Reflective Ray: A mirror beam reflecting back abilities but with more force behind them. If the ability gets reflected back again it will only rise in power.
Power Level Illusion: A simple illusion to throw off scanners, making a power level of 1,000,000 be seen as a level of 1.
Rapid Repulse: Firing pellets of ki from his fingers at a hyperspeed, the pelets capable of shattering terrain.
Ki Breath: Literally breathing ki. When he opening his mouth, Goliath fires a large spray of deadly ki towards an opponent that would scorch down an entire forest to stone.
Dragonball Sence: A natural sense of dragonball detection. When Goliath is close to a location of a Dragonball he will simply detect it in his skin that it is close.
Dragon Durability: A durability only possessed by Dragons, while it already very defensive, the regenerating durability will move through the scales to a location being hit, making the area even more durable.
Self Wishing: By some circumstance Goliath had found a way to wish for himself, however it isn't an unlimited wish, when he wishes for himself it can only be a temporary wish that lasts for a day only and he can only cast a self wish every month. The wish cannot be anything major, only increasing his strength or something minor, wishing for unlimited power or to be among the gods would be over the limit.
Dragonball Blast: If Goliath somehow got his hands on even a single dragon ball, he could use it as a weapon. Conducting the power of his ki into a dragonball he can fire off beams of unknown power levels towards a foe, with disintegration on impact.
Fighting Abilities
Serpentine Sway: An physical ability designed to release a flurry of attacks on an opponent. The razor scales use a surrounding ki mist to cut, bruise, chop, and even melt. In every millisecond of this attack the opponent is being hit.
Wave Maneuver: Using his tail for this skill, it using every fraction of the tail as a weapon, every scale of his tail would strike the opponent at hyperspeed.
Death Glare: Using every bit of ki in his body, Goliath releases a ray of ki from his eyes disinigrating everything in sight. An unstable ability, but one of his most powerful, able to shatter mountains.
Extending Tail: As it is named, the tail can extend to unimaginable lengths to hit a target, but that's not the end of it. The tail can be extended as an armor around Goliath adding an extra layer of protection.
Tail Morph: The end of his tail can be shifted into a type of weapon, either hammer, axe, blade, or spear.
Twelve Talon Pierce: A combination of every finger on his arms, twisting them together at incredible speeds to grind them down to a perfect sharpness piercing any thing that stands in it's way.
Dragon Punch: A punch of legends, wiping out an entire battle field using a single arm; but Goliath uses four. Besides having almost infinite power behind it, it has four random devastating effects that could help or hinder.
Goliath's Trilogy
Long before Shenron was finally defeated for good, he knew that at one point he may be destroyed, Shenron stole the dragonballs away for his own wish as he casted to have a child of his own. This child was Goliath. Goliath was left at the bottom of the ocean through his childhood and for lengthy years. After Goku and his original friends broke away Goliath was able to break his chains and escape the sea, already knowing skills of his own. Though Goliath was no child when he emerged, he had already grown in the chains in his father's image.
Upon emerging most had already forgotten about Shenron, though Goliath still assumed a more humanoid form as he roamed Earth. Though years later on Earth the atmosphere of things had changed, something would happen but he wasn't quite sure yet. All that he knew was something big was coming, and he knew that he would get tangled up in one way or another.
