Touta Konoe is a rather unfamiliar and underrated character on the Vine, so I'm making a respect thread to raise some awareness.
Those familiar with the series Mahou Sensei Negima! should be happy to know that UQ Holder is a continuation but this time the story follows Negi's grandson, Touta and his adventures with Evangeline and his group of immortal friends.
Enough talking, lets get to it...
Touta attacks Evangeline and even with little sword training he is skilled. He displays his combat speed by delivering seven full swings and counters before touching the ground.
Touta trains everyday by swinging a giant weight assigned to him by Evangeline.
After losing his arm and getting stabbed in the heart, Touta still lives. He accepts Evangeline's offer and gets turned into a permanent immortal Vampire in order to save his friends.
Touta is shown to have near instantaneous regeneration
Touta hits the bounty hunter, Tachibana hard enough to KO him and send him flying, crashing into a van fast enough to knock it up into the air.
Touta displays his H2H skills against Evangeline. He attacks and evades with blur-like speed
Saves a girl and instantly heals from damage after falling from hundreds of feet in the air
Tanks a hit that sends him flying through concrete and dodges attacks from Kuroumaru, a super human opponent who could move fast enough to literally disappear from Touta's vision
Touta skillfully counters Kuroumaru's quick attacks with his martial arts, both moving at blur speed
Touta, knowing he is immortal, uses a strategy of allowing his opponent to believe he's dead and drop his guard in order to deliver a ground-shattering blow
Touta's immortality is explained
Touta and Kuroumaru begin their training with Jinbei in the underground labyrinth
Touta pulls the Gravity Blade after setting the dial from "heavy" to "light." Jinbei sets the weight of the blade to 1000 times it's normal weight but Touta is unable to lift the blade. Kuroumaru mentions it weight the same as a light truck
Jinbei demonstrates his power but also the weight of the blade by setting it to 500,000 times it's weight. He throws it and it easily flies through buildings and solid earth.
(in future releases the blade is revealed to have a base weight of 2 lbs, so 500,000 times it's weight is 500 tons)
Jinbei gives Touta one full year to train with the blade set at 200 times it's normal weight. Touta could barely lift it but only after one month of training he was able to effortlessly swing the blade set to 2000 times it's normal weight (2 tons) with one hand
After leaving the underground labyrinth, Touta showed to be able to lift the blade even when set to 10,000 times (10 tons) it's normal weight
Tanks a blast of pressurized air that could rip through concrete, which sent him flying thousands of feet into the forest. He comes back completely unharmed
Can effortlessly jump great distances in the air
Has the strength to lift a small semi struck and displays incredible running speed
By focusing his ki to his feet he can move at speeds that create afterimages
After activating his power (Magia Erebea) Touta hits a superhuman opponent hard enough to crumble the ground below him and send him flying
He fights Kaito, a superhuman who moves faster than the speed of sound. Each of their blows creates shock-waves
Kaito speeds up and hits Touta going massively faster than the speed of sound, causing a huge sonic boom and shock-wave. Kaito covers the huge distance between them near instantly and removes Touta's heart but Touta responds by literally cleaving off Kaito's hand and reabsorbs all his lost blood, healing the hole in his chest instantly.
Touta, using one hand throws Kiato with such force that he sends him crashing through multiple buildings. In the same time Kiato hits the ground, Touta had already covered the large distance between them. He then proceeds to blitz Kiato with multiple punches that cause huge shock-waves and before he could kill Kiato, he overcomes his blood lust and restrains himself by punching the building they're on, completely destroying it.
Kaito challenges Touta to one last competition, an arm wrestling competition. Touta displays ridiculous strength, slamming Kaito on the ground hard enough to cause another shock-wave and crumbling the ground beneath them
While severely weakened after his use of Magia Erebea and without his sword, Touta fight a multitude of military trained super human level opponents. Touta starts to overwhelm them, throwing punches that cause sonic booms and evading their multiple sword slashes until Nagumo interferes...blindsiding Touta by firing a projectile at him to keep him restrained.
Touta fights Fate Averrnucus the strongest Grand Mage in the whole solar system. To give some context to this next feat I'll display how strong Fate is first before displaying their fight.
Due to one of Touta's partner having the ability to reset time, the events of how the first fight with Fate is explained to Touta and his group to help them realize the massive difference in power.
In the fight, Fate takes on all 5 of them at once. He stops Ikkuu's metal spear with his bare hands, bending and crumpling it like paper. He tears off Ikkuu's arm and splits him in two with it. Karin attempts to blindside him but he instantly counters with a kick and literally bends space and warps her away. He stops Touta's punch immediately and petrifies him, kicking him hard enough to decapitate him. Kuroumaru attempts to strike quickly just like Karin but Fate reacts quickly, punching him hard enough to kill him instantly. Kirie attempts to reverse time but fate instantly appears behind her and begins to petrify her with a spell. Luckily, Kirie kills herself with her pocket knife, reversing time.
Now Touta chooses to take on Fate one on one.
First, Touta breaks Fate's force field with his sword. He sets it to 500,000 times it's weight (500 Tons) and slashes down with ridiculous force.
Touta dashes towards Fate at immense speeds and time appears to slow down momentarily. Fate parries Touta's strike and evades. Touta's momentum carries him at high speed as he crashes through buildings and fortified concrete but he gets up completely unharmed.
Fate attacks Touta with hundreds of swords but Touta blocks all of them, escaping with small cuts that proceed to heal instantly
Touta dashes again to Fate but this time skillfully controlling the weight of his gravity blade, shifting it from 0 weight for swift control to 10,000 times it's weight (10 tons) for heavy strikes. He then manipulates it again, going from 10,000 times to 1000 times (1 ton), then 500,000 times it's weight (500 tons)
Fate fires 14 javelin-like constructs at immense speed at Touta, then he proceeds to outrun them, surprising Touta by his speed. Before Touta could react, he's hit hard enough to cause a shock-wave. As soon as he regains his composure all 14 javelin-like constructs reach him but Touta nimbly evades all of them while countering Fate's attacks. He intelligently uses the 500 ton weight of his blade to pin down Fate momentarily, giving his side the victory.
