The month of February is wonderful. It has Valentines day...also has my birthday (same day actually)...and lots of other stuff I don't mention because I'm both lazy and I can't think of other great things to list ....so anyway, like I said February is wonderful. But what was wonderful in the way of comics this month?

Well, this poll would be way for us to find out...As always, each vote ranking is worth different points (1st place = 3pts, 2nd place = 2pts, 3rd place = 1 pt) and the top 5 of each category will be declared The Best of The Month!

@transformers1024: cool thanks for voting (and thanks for voting in the future). kind of agree with you on how Batman #28 is slightly creepy with the lighting (though 27 was REALLY creepy with Batman/Dr. Death)

@manneffest You know, I never considered myself a collector of Marvel (nothing bad with that franchise...my pull list just never had that many titles by them) but titles like Amazing X-Men have been making me lean more to Marvel.

General question (for those who have voted or haven't or are just overseeing): If you could add a category permanently to the poll would it be "Supporting Characters" or "Favorite Team" or something else? What is most easiest to make and/or is most interesting for you to decide on/see what others decide on?

As to your question: I like supporting character. Some team books don't always have the teams working as a "team" from issue to issue. e.g. the Uncanny Avengers "team" hasn't been together in like three issues, but that's just my opinion, that and $5 will buy you a small cup of coffee :)

according to what I said in the op, March 6th, but as you know, I'm flexible.

@the_poet: When I first started reading comics (Around the start of the New 52), I jumped on board with Justice League and a few other DC titles. I had no Marvel, however that changed as time went on. As I continued to drop DC titles, I began to pick up Marvel, and Marvel has given me the best reading experience overall. I'm not saying DC is bad, on the contrary, I love DC, I just like Marvel better. Their world feels more connected and I like that. If you are going to dive into the world of Marvel, I would pick up Avengers and New Avenger, but if you just want contained worlds, try Superior Spider-Man (which is ending soon) or any of the new All-New Marvel NOW titles. Just an opinion of course :)

Also, I'm down with alternating them back and forth as @scouts1998 suggested.

Could you hold the date out a little longer? I'm going to try tomorrow to pick up the remnants of February.

I can do that. I haven't voted myself (just got my comics today) so there is no rush. Plus: I will try to rustle up some more voters.
