Mike is a mercenary who specializes in paranormal cases, preferring those that call for demon slaying.He is a average man with red hair and is usually seen wearing black clothes. Mike's arsenal usually consists of firearms and melee weapons, including "Salvation and Damnation", twin handguns that never have to be reloaded, as well as a variety of swords.He has supernatural powers, as a result of his demon heritage. This gives him the ability to enter a temporary transformation called "Devil Trigger". In this state, Mike possesses more speed, steady health regeneration, and further abilities with his equipped melee weapon. Mike is the grandson of Sparda, a demonic knight who chose to side with humanity and drive back an invasion of the human world by demons 2000 years ago. After Sparda's death, Dante and his brother Vergil were raised by their human mother, Eva. When Dante and Vergil were still children, the family was attacked by demons, resulting in Eva's death. This event lead to Dante's commitment to hunting demons in pursuit of those that killed his mother. Years later Dante met a woman named Trish who was a demon made by the lord of the Underworld Mundus sent to kill him. In the end Dante and Trish team up and kill Mundus and later having a son together named Azrael soon after that Dante and trish split up to go there separate ways.
A year later Dante got together with Lady and had a son named Raphael after that Lady was killed by a demon 1 year latter. Finaly Dante ones again teamed up with Lucia and they had 2 kids A son named Michael and Daughter named Gabrielle. After Mike turned 21 he left home to start his own business called Devil Never Cry. Later Mike got his first call about a demon in Pentral Park it turns out that the demon was really Trish who was also on a mission and to too of them worked together on a couple of jobs and eventually they started sleeping together. Months later Azrael found out and wanted revenge so he also left home to kill his brother. A week after that Gabrielle joined Mike so he would not be alone in his fight with his Brother Azrael. Mike and Gabrielle defeated Azrael after that Azrael's younger brother Raphael joined him so they can some day beat Mike and Gabrielle and get there revenge.

Powers and Abilities
Mike possesses power that surpasses that of most demons; he is physically strong enough to cut through stone with little difficulty, and has often overpowered demons much larger than himself. Mike is extremely agile, able to jump to great heights, or even to balance on a flying rocket. Furthermore, he is able to channel his power into various physical objects, ranging from his guns to the air itself.
Mike states that he cannot and will not kill any humans a lesson he learned from his father.
Mike can seemingly instantly heal from or endure any wound Just like his father and mother.
Thanks to his demon nature, Mike can release his demon self through his Devil Trigger. The form is influenced by which Devil Arm he carries, these forms boost his various abilities, and sometimes grant him new ones.
Mike is also gifted in the art of magic and has even learned the Summon Swords Abilitiy just like Vergil.
Weapons
Mike's trademark weapons are his sword Yamato a gift from his father and his guns Salvation and Damnation.
He frequently uses other Fire Arms and Devil Arms but he usually stores these in his office.
