Apperance/Personality: Toregg is around 6'7'' feet tall, with fair skin and black eyes. He has a small scar that cuts through the right side of his jawline, which leaves a thin gap of missing hair in his chinstrap beard. At times his hair is described to be "the color of dry blood" or "of fallen weirwood leaves", leaving readers to assume its a blended mixture of red and brown.

Toregg is a devout follower of northern traditions, particularly the beliefs that stem from worship of the Old Gods. He holds a strong sense of honor, honesty, morality, and adheres to the laws of hospitality. Outside of combat, Toregg is generally carefree in nature which leads him to be perceived as a simple-minded brute. However, on the field he seems to be a more clever tactician than he is initially anticipated to be. Toregg has a zero-tolerance policy to those who speak of desertion, sedition, or treason to his King.

Bio: Toregg was born the bastard nephew of Greatjon Umber. He spent most of his childhood training to become a knight under the supervision of his granduncle Hother "Whoresbane" Umber. After the Red Wedding, the Umbers fear that Lord Bolton may request Toregg to join his army. Toregg's grandfather Mors "Crowfood" sends the boy to the Wall with a small company of men. This is partly because Mors wishes to inform Jon Snow of the events at the Red Wedding and mainly so he can organize a small army with the Night's Watch to reclaim Winterfell.

Toregg arrives at Castle Black nights before a wildling army storms the fortress. Despite being outnumbered, their forces are saved by Stannis Baratheon. Toregg does surprisingly well in his first battle and gains the respect of both Stannis and Jon. After carefully telling Jon the news of his brother's fate, he congratulates him on his promotion and wishes him farewell. Toregg swears his fealty to King Stannis and in turn Stannis legitimizes Toregg as a member of house Umber. Together, they leave Castle Black to liberate the North of Bolton's rule.

I'm currently working on a title but I intend to make a fic about this soon. I hope you enjoy it!
