An alien organization who uses the online communities in the Internet to find the greatest potentials creative human minds, because their brain biology is far advanced intellectuality speaking but they lack imagination. In fact they got this idea watching some earth cartoons. Then they will grant the selected ones a long, long healthy live with everything a human could possible have desire for and in return the selected ones will work for their species helping them creating and innovating, because having no imagination the aliens can't really apply all their theoretical knowledge into practical uses.
They also watch our phone calls, emails and text messaging in order to understand our way of interact so that they can better communicate with the selected ones.
