New Marvel/DC sign up thread.

This is a fan fic that I would like to do, but don't have the time or patience to do it all on my own, so I'm making it a group fan fic. Basically the idea is to take Marvel and DC's core ideas, like Batman, the Avengers, Lantern Corps, The Phoenix Force, etc., but start over completely, in one single combined universe.

No this isn't like Amalgam Comics. Characters and similar things aren't being merged into one. Think of this as a what if Marvel and DC merged into one company and did yet another reboot combining their universes into one, integrating all their characters into a single, brand new story. Maybe the Hulk gets turned into a Red Lantern in this universe. Maybe Superman gets the Phoenix force, or part of it. Maybe Batman starts getting worried about the rising mutant numbers and builds a device to cancel their powers if he ever needs it, but then it gets stolen by the mutant haters. Whatever the case may be, it's completely up to you.

Pretty cool idea. I'll possibly be able to do something. I'm really be busy lately, but I have a lot of commitments, but I'm trying to make more time for writing. I'm probably going to do a team thing with Nate Grey (X-man). I'll get back at you with a pitch.

Man, this looks interesting! How about I do Green Lantern? Matt Murdock shares the origin of his comic-book counterpart. However, during his first time as Daredevil, he failed miserably. But when Hal Jordan died, he passed the ring onto Matt. Matt regained his sight, and became the new Green Lantern of Sector 2814!
