As you might know by now, Spider-Man 4 was supposed to be the 4th Spider-Man film, but it was sadly cancelled. If Maguire didn't leave the project and I was chosen to make the movie in place of Sam Raimi, this is how it would turn out.

(At an Italian resturant)
MICHAEL MORBIUS: You know, Felicia, this stuff is just... so horrible. First Spider-Man's evil, second the thing with the janitor.... I... I just dont get why all this horrible stuff is happening.
FELICIA HARDY: Well, politics must be to blame. I know that sounds ridiculous, but politics are tearing this country apart.
MICHAEL MORBIUS: Uh... yeah. I... need to go to the bathroom.
(Michael goes to the bathroom, while Felicia sneaks into a dark room)
FELICIA: Heh....
(Felicia puts on a mask and a costume)
FELICIA: The politics thing always works.
(Some emplyees notice Felicia)
EMPLOYEE 1: Hey!
EMPLOYEE 2: Get out of here!
(Felicia pulls out a taser and tases the two employees)
FELICIA: Good bye.
(Felicia runs out the exit)
FELICIA: Time to rob this place blind...
(Felicia pulls out two remotes. She presses the button on both remotes and the resturant bursts open, with money pouring out)
FELICIA: All as planned...
(Felicia laughs while dancing in the falling money)
FELICIA: It's raining money!
(Spider-Man arrives)
SPIDER-MAN: Hey!
FELICIA: Ooh, the Evil Spider. It's bad luck to cross paths with a black cat, ya know.
(Spider-Man webs on to Felicia's arm, and pulls. She twirls into his arms)
FELICIA: Romantic
SPIDER-MAN: That... doesn't usually happen
FELICIA: Face it. I'm not your usual rogues gallery freakshow.
SPIDER-MAN: Yeah, because so far your the only girl one.
FELICIA: Me? A freakshow? How insulting?
(Felicia kicks Spider-Man in the face)
FELICIA: Thats for calling me a freakshow!
(Felicia uppercuts Spider-Man)
FELICIA: And thats for calling me a "girl"!
SPIDER-MAN: Well what else do I call you?
(Spider-Man tries to punch Felicia but she dodges it and grabs his arm)
FELICIA: A woman.
(Felicia throws Spider-Man backwards into a taxi cab)
FELICIA: Now, if you don't mind, I'll take my money.
(A dark, dark room)
(Cletus Kassidy enters)
MAN IN SHADOWS: Hello, Cletus. Did you get it?
CLETUS: Oh, I got it!
(The red symbiote spreads all over Cletus, turning him back into Carnage)
CARNAGE: You want it back?!?!
MAN IN SHADOWS: Oh, thats just fine, Cletus.
CARNAGE: Now what do you want?
MAN IN SHADOWS: Spider-Man.... dead.
CARNAGE: I get it now... but why do you want him dead anyways?
(Carnage turns back into Cletus)
MAN IN SHADOWS: When he fought those terrorists a couple months ago....
(Cut to a flashback with the mysterious man narrating)
MAN IN SHADOWS (Narrating): Everybody was held hostage on that bus. They threatened to blow it up.
TERRORIST: I think I saw somethin'!
(The terrorist grabs the mysterious man and holds a knife up to his throat)
TERRORIST: Want him alive, Spidey? Then back off!
(Spider-Man webs on to the mysterious man and holds on to him)
SPIDER-MAN: I don't think so!
(The terrorist pulls out a grenade and throws it at Spider-Man)
SPIDER-MAN AND THE MYSTERIOUS MAN: Aaah!
(Spider-Man webs onto a building and jumps into the air, avoiding the grenade, but it hits the building and the explosion blows of a part of Spider-Man's mask and burns the mysterious man's face)
(Cut to the dark room with Cletus and the mysterious man)
(The man in shadows walks into the light, revealing his scarred face)
MAN IN SHADOWS: Now you know why I hate Spider-Man?
CLETUS: I get it now. I'll kill Spidey, as long as your willing to pay.
MAN IN SHADOWS: How much?
CLETUS: How much ya got?
