THOR AGENTS OF ASGARD
BUTCHER PART 1
Despite the death of the Kingslayer, the life on Nidavellir continues to crumble, the battle for the throne splits the army as well as the population, leading the Dwarven race to civil war.
From the depths of the Dwarven cities, a new threat has emerged, one dedicated to only murder and destruction, the Dwarves now must unite.... or none of them will leave their underground cities alive........

Brokk stood at the end of the bridge, looking at the severely damaged gates infront of him. He had been in these Ancestor forsaken tunnels for weeks now, an ancient enemy had returned and Sidr was powerless to stop it.
The old Dwarf commander simply sighed and looked at the scene behind him, piles upon piles of mutilated bodies, some simply cut down, some run through with spikes and some mutilated to the point of being slabs of bloody meat on the floor.
Other looks deathly ill, their veins black and their eyes ghostly white, they coughed blood every so often and always died after several hours, for the first time in his career, Brokk thought to himself, that the Dwarves would fail.....
He returned to the matter at hand when he heard a nearby guard yelling for him.
"Lord Sidri! There's a scout approaching, he looks hurt! "
"Let him in! "
The damaged gate opened just enough for the lone Dwarf to enter, he had four arrows in his back and his entire body was covered in blood, as he approached Brokk, he collapsed on the floor.
"Healers! Healers! Get your lazy asses over here NOW! "
He took the helmet off the scouts head, half of his face was burned off revealing a ghastly image, Brokkcouldn't focus on that as the man was bleeding badly from his stomach.
Before Brokk could call for the healers again, the man made a small motion with his fingers, Sidri placed his ear next to the Dwarfs ear to hear him.
"Yo.......warn......th...em.....they..are coming. "
The man stopped breathing after that, Brokk on the hand realized what he ment and turned to the nearby guard.
"You there! Rally the force now, the enemy is once again up on us! "
The soldier nodded at the commander and run to the camp, several minutes passed before about 500 dwarves arrived, Brokk looked at what was left of his formerly 9000 strong army, they were tired, hungry and psychologically broken, some were shaking uncontrollably.
"Sir! The enemy approach-"
The guard received a black arrow through his skull before he could finish, Sidri took his two handed axe and placed himself in his fighting stance, the enemy started bashing at the gate.
The gate was being torn appart, the enemy used everything from their fists to battering rams to smash it, as they slowly penetrated it, their bloody and crude weapons could be seen and their yellow snake looking eyes sent shivers down Dwarven spines.
The gates burst open as the shadowy creatures charged at the Dwarves, their fighting style was savageand merciless, the jumped around and in between the Dwarven ranks, they literally ripped the already battered soldiers appart.
Brokk tried to hold the line but it was no use, his men were broken and the shadow creatures cut through them, blood was being spilled all over the bridge as heads, arms, legs and even organs were being slashed, bitten or ripped off.
"Retreat! "
"We must flee! "
"Their killing us all! "
Brokk saw to his shock and horror, the once proud army of the Dwarves was now retreating and fleeing or cowering in fear of the shadow beings.
"Cowards! All of you whore sons! Stand and fig-"
Brokk was interrupted when a shadow creature ran its claws clean through his torso, blood was coming out of his mouth and nose, he fell to his knees and time seemed to have slowed down.
As he drew his last breathes and prepared to die, Brokk witnessed his soldiers being butchered infront of him, one soldier got his throat ripped out, two more were shoot through in back with black spikes, another being raised above a pair of spikes on the ground.
The soldier cried out for some one to help him but there was no one left, the shadow creature ran him through the spike and left his corpse there as it went after the remaining Dwarves.
The last survivor was on his knees, a shadow creature approached him, it scowled at the soldier before shoving its arm down his throat, his whole body began to shake uncontrollably, a moment later black spikes literally burst through every part of his body.
The shadow creature pulled its still spiked arm out of the Dwarfs mouth and his whole body erupted like aballoon, his blood spilling everywhere. The same creature approached Brokk and seemingly smirked at him as it formed its left arm into a whip.
"What the fuck are you waiting for.... "
He spat his own blood into the creatures face as a final act of defiance.
"Do it..... "
The creature growled at him as its whip struck Brokk's neck, his head came clean off from the sheer force,Brokk's headless body fell on the floor, the shadow creatures relished in their victory over one of the Dwarfs finest generals.
They then joined the rest of the army and began their march on the Dwarf capital which was now both helpless and oblivious to the slaughter that was quickly approaching it.......
