Jack Frost "Ice king."

Powers/abilitie.

Ice/cold manipulation/creation. Jack can manipulate and create ice or cold anytime he wants. From enormous ice sculptures that kill or protect to giant hurricanes as cold as absolute zero, or worse. Anything cold he can manipulate. He can make you freeze without moving and make a perfect colored replica of anything he can think of simply out of ice. The ice he makes can be harder than adamantium or vibranium. A specially hardened one can break mjolnier. It can have color or special power. This appears to be a natural ability as no one can detect magic. He's not human and is not a mutant. His species is unkown as nobody can check because they'll be buried under an iceberg or frozen solid.

Wind/storm. Hecan create wind and storms beyond hurricanes at will. So much he can move planets and even freeze stars As strange as ir may seem. Somehow he can summon these powers in space without any water or way a cloud can form.

AI? He can give an artificial intelligence into any of his creations. These can be very intelligent and powerful but are generally one or the other. This allows him to be in multiple places at once without the need of cloning or anything else. This also means he can confuse anyone and never put himself in danger as none have been able to tell the diffe between him and a fake.

Telepathy: He can utilize this in combat. He is powerful enough to use empathy but it's only as a sensory form. Whenever someone tries to sense his thoughts it feels like running into an ice wall. None have ever breached this wall. Some think he has no emotions and somehow that allows him to set up his lack of emotions as an anti-telepath block.

Teleportation: He can teleport any time he likes anywbere he likes. He doesn't even have to know where he's going, just an idea. He makes no sound, no visual sign, and leaves no trail.

Energy drain: It seems he can drain the energy from anything. He has used this to kill people without a sign of death.

Physical status:

Speed: unkown. It is known he can easily dodge speedsters at FTL speed almost easily. He never seems to utilize this except for a dodging technique.

Strength: He generally uses telikine which he seems to be unlimited to. It is unkown what his real strength is.

intelligence: Unkown. It is known he has never been surprised by somethin so he can either predict or has precognitio.

Stamina: has never shown any signs of fatigue or need of nutrient.

Needs work with formatting. The character needs a debuff though, feels far too powerful to me

@impurestcheese: Nobody really encounters him. He's one of those keep to themselves people. He used to kill people every winter but then he'd just go away. He hasn't really been seen for some time. I actually have a few characters like this. The real thing is a defence since offense is pretty useless. I won't be using him a lot though if any. Only known weakness is really close range sneak attack. And a really fast one.
