Idea for a new Marvel uber-villain & possible story arc

This might not be an original idea, but I came up with a new uber-villain called Dr. Amalga. (as in amalgamate), he's one of the most powerful Earthbound villain ever encountered (thought not the most powerful of all villains, got another, bigger  idea for that one). he comes from an alternative Earth, an Earth 20yrs more advanced then Earth (A), where he is the absolute ruler  of the planet, there are no surviving other  super-villains on this Earth and the "superheroes" are working for Dr. Amalga and  have taken there place, having been wiped out by this tyrant,  who initially hides his true nightmarish appearance, behind a seemingly ordinary human scientist. the story begins when Superheroes and villains of Earth prime find themselves fighting against the villainous doppelganger  superheros of Earth (B) who have secretly invaded and causing untold panic and confusion, until Dr. Doom discovers that they are perfect android replicas that can mimic their counterparts abilities and powers, he and She-Hulk then are captured and taken to Earth (B), the escape, teaming up, they escape their captors and confront the mastermind behind the invasion himself... Dr. Almalga, only get the shock of their lives when Dr. Almaga reveals his true nature and the meaning of his name, a composite of various high level  villains such as Dr. Octopus, the Leader, Red Skull, Apocalypse, Magneto, Venom, Green Goblin, Venom, the Mandarin and to add insult to injury, Dr. Doom himself. Dr. Almalga had collected weopons and equipment he had aquired from the fallen villians of Earth (B) he defeated the original heros and replaced with his Androids  with which the built his globle empire, however he had grown bord of ruiling one planet, thus he sort to conquor Other Earths...
