The Garuki can shape into anything at the mental order of its user and is indestructible. It most often takes the shape of an ice staff/sword or a red glowing staff. It has however been known to make more variations depending on its user.
It manipulate/creates ice/cold/winds/and cold water.
Attack reversal: Something used a few times by the original user the Garuki can reverse attacks towards their point of origin, however this wasn't a common occurence for some reason.
Takes on some characteristics of its user.
Cold sheild: this increases durability/stamina/energy/speed and blocks empaths and telepaths sensing/manipulating their thoughts/feelings as well as stops outside influence. It gives a light blue or white aura in someones eyes. It is extremely healing for the user, and anyone they choose to use it on.
Ice sight: this allows one to see through ice/water and through reflective surfaces. It can even be used to communicate with those looking into them.
It allows one to "feel" through cold/ice/water especially when held or focused.
Grants telepathy and mind control to higher intellectuals.
Can create permafrost.
Has a special form of ice that seems near unbreakable. It hasn't been broken. It takes different colors.
Can influence death and sleep when focused. The original user was able to refuse someone, including their own, death and need of sleep as well as manipulate someone while they are in sleep or in need of. Although it can also be used to cause that need of sleep.
The energy slug: It can create such a cold that it practically drains the energy out of anything. This can be increased so much it will shatter ice or even freeze primordial attacks as they come if focused.
Time reverse: One of the more unusual uses it has is what is called time reverse. Granting the user a form of precognition by turning back time (assumed to be limited). Before the event.
Short bio: It was created by someone believed to be a god of cold/death/and even time as well as being very powerful over water. The Garuki's true limits were unkown much like its original user who vanished for no known reason one day. It was passed through several users until It was somehow lost for a long time and only reappeared when Cydrus Knightfall turned ot too have it in his Vault. Now, after Horatio stole it, Conjeria weilds it and practices its abilities.
