Mayor Watson's locked room.....

Mayor Watson: Ah my dear. How are you?

Sharon: What? Who...are you?

Mayor Watson: Aren't you supposed to know? I thought that you knew everything.

Sharon: What? Wait!

Mayor Watson: What's the matter? Trying to figure it out?

Sharon (thought): What's going on here? Why am I not able to scan this guy?

Mayor Watson: It seems that you lost your scanning ability.

Sharon: What? How...

Mayor Watson: How did I know? Simple. Let's just say that your power has been taken away.

Sharon: No. It...can't be.

Mayor Watson: Yes, it's true. I'm the one who took your ability.

Sharon: You did? Are you a mutant too?

Mayor Watson: You're a smart young girl. You don't even need a scanning ability to figure that out. 

Sharon: What's going on here? 

Mayor Watson: We learned that you and your friends have arrived at this town.

Sharon: What?

Mayor Watson: With our help of another mutant. He was the one who brought you here.

Sharon: But...how?

Mayor Watson: He hypnotized you. So that you can be captured.

Sharon: Look mister. You better release me. I want my power back.

Mayor Watson: Sorry, Sharon. I have plans for your friends.

Sharon: You wait and see. Everyone will find out about you.

Mayor Watson: Oh really? No one will. You know why? Because I have the power to take away the abilities of mutants or any other super-powered beings.

Sharon: I see. Well, I guess we have to stop you then. 

Mayor Watson: Isn't it good, Sharon? Being a normal girl just like everyone else.

Sharon: I already accepted who I was.

Mayor Watson: Huh! Not to mention your father was looking for you. Am I right?

Sharon: I wonder how much you know everything since I was hypnotized by that mutant.

Mayor Watson: His name is Tom. Tom Henderson.

Sharon: Look here. I'll get my power back. You'll just see once my friends get here.

Mayor Watson: We'll just see about that.

Meanwhile....

Qwan: Guys! Anything?

Greg: No. We still couldn't find her.

Danny: Yeah, this will take a long time. I have been asking several people if they had seen her. But they didn't know a thing.

Greg: Same here.

Qwan: Great! We have to get back to the farm and bring the others with us.

SMASH!

Qwan: Hey! What was that?

Greg: Yo man! Those riot people are at it again.

Danny: What?

Greg: Can't you listen?

SMASH! CRASH!

Greg: Whoa! man. Guys, I better check this out.

Qwan: No! Greg! Stay back! Greg!

Danny: Oh well, he didn't listen to you.

Qwan: Danny, I'm going back to the farm. Watch out for Greg. We don't want him to try anything stupid.

Danny: Ok. I'll make sure of it.

Qwan: Over and out.

CRASH!

Human crowd: Look! It's that mutie! He's....

WHOOOOOOOSH!

BAM!

Punk kid: Ahhh!

Mike: Stay away!

WHOOOOOSH!

SMASH!

Cop: Everyone! Back off!

BLAM! BLAM! BLAM!

TNK! TNK! TNK!

Mike: I said...to stay away.

Greg: Qwan! Qwan! Can you hear me?

Qwan: What? Geez! You didn't even listen to me. What is it? 

Greg: Some pale looking kid is causing some problems here. Yo! These people are hurting him. 

Qwan: Greg, don't do anything until I tell you.

Greg: But Qwan....

Qwan: No. Danny is coming for you.

Greg: What? Yo man! Do you really that I'm going to cause some of my old schools around here? 

Qwan: No, it's not that. Geez! Will you at least listen to me?

Greg: Look man, I just can't stand here and watch that mutant getting hurt.

Qwan: Greg! Just don't do anything!

Greg: I'm going.

Qwan: GREG!

Greg: Yo! You there. Come with me.

Mike: What? Leave me alone.

Greg: No, you don't understand. I....

Mike (thought): Wait a minute. You're a mutant like...me.

Greg: What the heck? Are you speaking to my head? 

Mike (thought): Yes, I am. Don't say a word. These people will find out who you are. Please, help me. I don't want to cause any trouble.

Greg (thought): Ok. Just follow me. 

Mike (thought): Ok.

Danny: GREG! GREG!

Greg (thought): Danny! Watch your mouth!

Danny: Huh?

Mike (thought): He's right. You shouldn't say anything. I'm following Greg.

Danny: What?

Greg (thought): Yo Danny! Just listen to him.

Danny (thought): Ok? How were you able to do that?

Greg (thought): Do what?

Danny (thought): Telepathic communication.

Greg (thought): No, it's not me. It's Mike, the pale-looking kid. He's following me. 

Danny (thought): Oh!

Greg (thought): We need to distract the crowd. They might follow us.

Danny (thought): Wait I know. I have an idea.

Mike (thought): I know what's Danny doing.

Greg (thought): What?

Mike (thought) : He's going to become invisible so that he can spray the water hose at them.

Greg (thought): Yo Danny! Don't screw it up.

Danny (thought): Ok. I won't.

Farm....

Qwan: Hey guys!

Christy: Qwan? Where is Greg and Danny? Aren't they supposed to be with you?

Henry: What happened?

Qwan: Greg and Danny are dealing with the riot. I think there's a mutant who is in trouble.

Jake: Who?

Qwan: Huh? Who are you?

Christy: Oh this is Jake. He's a mutant too. He overheard our plans while he was sleeping on that tree.

Qwan: What?

Jake: Hey, I'm sorry. I tried to sleep on those branches. But they were really uncomfortable.

Qwan: Why were you sleeping there?

Jake: Actually, my folks kicked me out.

Christy: What?

Jake: Yeah I know. I should have told you. But I didn't want to reveal anything personal about me.

Qwan: Anyways, we should help the pale-looking mutant.

Jake: Oh! You mean Mike Phenstor.

Qwan: Ummm. Yeah. Are you friends with him?

Jake: Actually no. But I did heard of him. He never went out though. Since he wouldn't allow his appearance to be shown by the public.

Christy: I know what you mean.

Qwan: Ok. Hide is with us. Once Greg, Danny and Mike comes here. It's time to hide.

Jake: Are you sure no one can see us? Even though we're not invisible?

Qwan: Don't worry. Hide knows what to do.

Jake: Man, this I gotta see.

Tom: Hello!

Qwan: What? Who are you?

Jake: Tom? What are you doing here?

Tom: Relax guys. Look through my eyes. I want you all to follow me. Just relax....and come with me.

Qwan: I...will relax.

Christy: Anything you say....Tom.

Jake: Yes...I will come too.

Tom: Come, let's go.

Henry: Yes, we will come.

Hide: Sure.

Mayor's locked room.....

Sharon: Crap! I can't get out of these ropes. Damn it!

Lucy Rockwell aka Blend: Pssssst!

Sharon: Huh? Who's there?

Lucy: Don't worry. I'll help you.

Sharon: What? Who are you? Where are you?

GLLLLLLLLLLP!

Sharon: What the....

Lucy: Hey! I'm like you. A mutant.

Sharon: You were here the whole time?

Lucy: Yeah, I can merge myself into any kind of matter.

Sharon: I...see. So you heard the whole thing?

Lucy: Yes, but we'll get out of here before the mayor catches us.

Sharon: Ok. You better watch out for him. Because he can....

Lucy: Yes I know. Like I said. I heard the whole thing.

Mayor's underground room.....

Mayor Watson: Is he ready?

Security Advisor: Sir, I'm not sure about this. He's too dangerous.

Mayor Watson: Well he isn't now. But I will give him what he wants.

Security Advisor: But sir....

Mayor Watson: No buts. Do you hear me? This is for the best.

Security Advisor: Sir, everyone will be in danger. Thousands of lives are at stake.

Mayor Watson: SHUT UP!

BANG!

Security Advisor: Ahhh!

THUD!

Mayor Watson: Now where are we? Yes, I believe I have something that is yours.

Nitro: No...please. I don't want it.

Mayor Watson: Of course you do. I can notice the look on your face.

Nitro: No please. I beg you. Please don't do this to me.  

Mayor Watson: Tsk Tsk! You were the only one who caused the Civil War event. I will never forget those days. Yet, you have destroyed inncoent lives at Stamford. After all, you're a dangerous man to deal with.

Nitro: No, I don't want that power. Please anything but that.

Mayor Watson: I'm sorry, Nitro. You will have a big surprise for my people. Won't you say?

Nitro: No! Don't touch me! Leave me alone! No! NOOOOOOOOOO!
