Another rhyme i wrote, fresh off the pen. Add it to my greatest? Enjoy.
Two, red and blue, hand-guns/
To ensure the devil never sees his damned-sons/
And raindrops to hide the tears/
The pain stops, blood smears/
Below her foot, “Come on you bastard take me.”/
She picks her boot, begins to run, breathing faintly/
Years of wondering, what men are afraid of/
Years of pondering, all her debts are paid off/
She ran into the gates of hell/
Her fate fell, into a funeral bell/
It never rang, nobody ever sang, her song/
Her soul stayed strong, yet, why was she in a place so wrong?/
Flaming pits, heated with hatred/
Surround her, bound her, will she make it?/
The gates closed, the world behind her/
Ties to the reasons, since a girl they bind her/
Flames blind her, so hot they melt her skin/
Patience growing thin, full of struggles within/
”Devil, I’ve come, now show yourself!”/
Screams through the dreams of the damned, “You’re in no health/
A figure arose with a rose in his hand/
”Welcome, my lady, to the land of the damned!”/
With a flash of his eye he melts her gun/
”Not the moon or the sun, not soon you’ll be one”/
The devil spoke, stretching his flaming hand, ready to choke/
But she held on to the rope of hope/
Protected by her cross, he paid the cost/
Not so she would run across/
The bridges of hell and into the depths/
Her steps, are growing weaker/
The cross starts growing bleaker, but she pressed on/
She could only guess on, her stress gone/
Running among many souls, all reaching for her/
The first mortal to reach hell, pastor preaching for her/
The heat bearing, the devil staring at her back/
Breathing, down her neck, deceiving, by turning her eyes black/
She tripped, almost dipped in hell water, blind/
Precious memory, made her draw e-ve-ry strength of mind/
Images to remind, why she came, and who to blame/
So before the devil smiled, she riled, out of the flame/
Screamed in desperation, in the face of annihilation/
She called for him, and through all the stations/
Emerges a deathly soul, his whole, body in chains/
Draped and flaming rags, he drags along, no names/
Are said, instead, he hugs her, and fumes of damn/
Wrap around and bound, as the devil cries, consuming them…/
Why did she come? While some, believe she was sick with cancer/
He prayed to God, to no avail, so to prevail in relief, the answer/
Was to call the devil/
And he came to their level/
And they made a deal/
The devil was to heal/
In exchange, the man would reside in hell forever/
Her love was too great to be apart, now they are in hell… together/
