Well cap should have a chance because he has knocked out the Hulk, and done many impressive things. His shield is a useful tool. He is faster and more agile than colossus. He would just have to use his brains and surroundings to hurt colossus, which is what he is trained to do.
Cap would turn on a car radio and sing, U can't touch this. (joke). I do believe that it can go either way. I mean the same thing could have been said about Hulk.
Cap is just to much a better, smarter fighter than Colossus. Love Colossus but Cap would take this, unless they actually talked it out and Colossus told Cap why he needed the map :-/

No chance. As already mentioned, the shield has rounded edges and Cap just is not strong enough to put enough power behind it. Colossus is durable enough to withstand large armour piercing shaped explosive charges without damage.
As for the battle, Colossus ftw. Cap can do almost nothing to hurt Colossus. Cap, although he has enhanced endurance, will tire after a couple of hours of dodging Colossus and then Colossus only needs to connect once and its all over.

I think that you are forgetting, that Caps does not need to harm colossus, but rather keep possession of the map. Now does colossus have the skill to get the map
As previously stated, Captain America literally cannot do a thing to harm Colossus. At the most, he could annoy him with playing hard to catch, or the occasional shield toss to the back of the head...But nothing Rogers can do will actually hurt Piotr. Where-as Colossus superior strength and durability will allow him to end this match with one to three hits, maximum.

Yes, he collapses a building on the pair of them and then removes the map from KOed Cap's hand. Or he simply chases him down and as Colossus won't tire, he still catches him.

Is there a time limit to how long Cap has to keep it away from Colossus? That could make a difference in the outcome here.

................So what does Cap do to HURT Colossus? Colossus is more DURABLE than Hulk...It's hulks amazing healing factor topped with a solid durability that makes him so tough to hurt.
if iits just open space and he has to saty away for 2o mins cap could do it , but if theres any buildings/close quarters/things for collosus to use to his advantage he would over power cap and take the map

I know eactly how good Capt America is. He could not throw his shield hard enough to knock Colossus down (if Colossus is expecting the attack). Now that you have introduced a time frame (nice way to play to your favour here), Capt America could stay ahead of Colossus for this amount of time but he would be using buildings and anything else to dodge around to avoid Colossus.
well with the 20 minute time limit cap should take this easy but in a actual fight i mean come on cap can lift what 1 ton while colossus is class 100 their really isnt a way for cap to beat him in an actual fight but in a game of keep the map cap should have it
