Silver Sable vs Scarlett (GI Joe)

Who wins and why?

What, no one is familiar with these two?
 
I'd say Scarlett has a longer history of constant feats just from continuously being in comics, sometimes in multiple series at once, over decades, while Sable just pops in and out over time.  On the other hand, Sable lives in a metahuman world so she's tested by characters that Scarlett's not.  Overall I'd say they're pretty close in skill, both in terms of marskmanship and hand to hand combat, with Scarlett perhaps having a bit of an edge in H2H.
