The most recent incarnation of the Sinister Six, with their combined abilities and focus, have killed the web-slinger. With Spider-Man dead, it seems that nothing can stop these six super-criminals, and New York finds itself without a champion to stop them.

Until an unlikely hero, on "sabbatical" from an Avengers offshoot, finds herself in the middle of a city gone mad and takes it upon herself to stop them. That hero is none other than the emerald goddess, She-Hulk.

• Sinister Six get one day prep.
• Jen gets three days prep before making her move.
• In character.
• Goblin is Norman. Kraven's, y'know, alive. Lizard is pre-shed.
• Win when either Jen is dead or all six villains are incapacitated/dead.
• Battle takes place in Times Square at high noon.

Also Jen usually comes off as a bit savvier than Thaddeus and she has prep here too.

Well he did have a lot of prep however he was preparing to eliminate the entire avengers and destroy the earth as well. Beating red hulk was a very tiny part of his plan.

All though the point is with prep he can create a device that can one shot she hulk if it connects. And with mysterios illusions distracting her it shouldn't be hard to get that one shot.

Fair assessment. Though I do stand by the fact that Jen is also actively preparing here, making this less cut and dry.

@joygirl: Possibly but does she hulk have prep feats? I don't think she can match the six in that regard even though she has more time.

Green Goblin,Doc Ock,Kraven, and even Mysterio are dangerous with prep. Sinister Six takes it.

I'm not an expert on her but I think I've heard of her doing some prep stuff. She's a smart girl.

Am I not the only one thinking sinister 6 in a stomp? She hulk not an amazing prepers and on sinister 6 u got Norman and Dock,kraven and mysterio who are dangerous with prep plus some I personally could see soloing in a random mysterio,lizard and possibly rhino and goblin

@ComicsrulebutDBZdoes2: None of them are winning solo. A thunderclap will wreck their whole world, save Rhino, and she will definitely crush Rhino 1-on-1.

@joygirl: thunderclap wouldn't be the worst thing to do however it definitely won't do more than just stagger most of them, plus she can't handle lizard speed + comparable strength + claws,

@comicsrulebutDBZdoes2: Uhhh, either you're severely overestimating Lizard or severely underestimating Shulk. She's DRAMATICALLY stronger than Thing. Curt's strength is not comparable with hers, and her healing factor can handle his claws. Best he can do is distract her before she crushes him into goop.

I don't know if its a stomp. Green goblin and dock ock have teamed up before and it didn't end well. They won't get along so the team chemistry of the six will be messed with since they will both be fighting for control.

They still take it though. As long as mysterio listens to Otto and goes with his plan they will win.

may be true but the OP never specified whether or not otto has admantium tentacles in this fight which makes a big difference even a blood lusted spiderman has ripped out non- admantium tentacles like they were wires I think Mysterio will play a factor but she'll keep getting angrier and angrier Unless Norman can create non-angrier gas I think she takes this barely the classic rhino was only a 60 toner

They don't need adamantium arms. The gamma disrupter or whatever will one shot her and with mysterio distracting her she has no chance of avoiding it.

Kraven, & the Lizard get punched into another state. Kraven might set up some traps, but he is much better in a jungle. GG, Otto, and Mysterio could all do a lot with prep. Are they prepping with standard gear?(If So, She Hulk Wins). Are they allowed to bring in outside gear?(If So, Sinister Six Wins)

@lukehero: They can use what they already have or what they can make in one day. No dipping into outside resources.

@joygirl: If they are only making traps & stuff from standard gear. Then I give She Hulk 6/10. If Rhino weren't so dumb, he would be more of a threat.

@joygirl: I really like the She-Hulk image you used, first. In the original Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars #7 - Berserker! and #8 - Invasion!, Jen takes a savage beat-down from a gang of super-villains who are not nearly as cunning or calculating as the SInister Six, a group which included Doctor Octopus. I think Octavius' memories of her performance then, coupled with the rapport he has with this team, would lead the Six to victory, and probably with the murder that nearly occurred at the climax of the previous fight.

Rhino isn't doing much by himself. Even if we ignore She Hulk One Shotting him in their last encounter, she's stronger and a far more capable H2H combatant.

I say the Sinister Six win. The team consists of some very clever people and, with Norman Osborn's resources, they can do great things. The added brawn helps too.

Giving half these people prep. is a bit of over kill.

She hulk can take them assuming they are prepping with standard gear.
