Battle takes place on the steel girders of a high-rise construction site (starting 5 stories up).  They start 12' apart.

This is just original Beast vs Mad Dog. Beast was about a 1 or 2 tonner then, very agile, not necessarily a trained fighter, but able to use his agility and strength very effectively.

Mad Dog was a 5 tonner, agile but not as much as the Beast. He has a poison bite. He fought various lower-level Defenders and Avengers at one time or another and did reasonably well, although not great. He's a ferocious fighter, which helps him, but is also kind of nuts, which doesn't help.
