Winter Soldier: M4A1, Glock 17, 2 frags, 2 flash grenades, NO bionic arm. He has both normal arms.

I would've let Bucky keep the arm, I mean, let's face it, most of Snake/Boss' enemies have some sort of advantage. Volgin? Gene?

@progenitor: I took away the arm because I think that he is already probably just as skilled if not more. So it in my opinion it is a fair fight.

@Om4zd:Bucky even with regular arms would wreck Big Boss in about 5 seconds. He's a far far superior fighter, faster, stronger, more durable. The only possible obstacle is that Big Boss is armed, but you need to put a location in where they're fighting.

@nite_nite: He's Solid Snake's father so they have the same design except for a few key distinguishing elements like the eyepatch, beard, and if you pay really close attention, small details of facial structure.

@nite_nite: Nah. Some fanboys disagree, but the storyline of the games make it abundantly clear that Solid Snake has surpassed his father. He's already defeated him twice, defeated his genetically superior clone brother, and even defeated his father's original rival.

@thenaughtytitan: He is, but he, Liquid, and Solidus are treated as "brothers" and Big Boss is their "father." IIRC Kojima has specifically stated that he regrets going with the clone storyline, so I would think Snake is a son first and foremost and a clone second.
