Neo (Matrix) vs Thor (Movie thor)

While visiting earth Thor finds out that he is in the Matrix and everything he remembered was a Lie.

Neo watches Thor in action and tries to recruit him but thor is not having it and a battle breaks out.

Fight to the death, ko or submittion.

Thor has all his powers from the movie, Neo has ll his powers from the Matrix movie.

I like more Neo but maybe Thor is better.

Neo could bend reality, so yeah he wins

Neo's H2H skills were show cased more in the Matrix movies than Thor's were. In addition Neo had what seemed to be a much faster flight and reaction time than Thor did. On the other hand Thor has the hammer and the magic that goes along with it (which applies for the purpose of this battle), this may allow for him to score a win somehow but im not fully convinced yet.
