MCU spider-man vs the guardians of the galaxy

There are 3 rounds

Round 1: random encounter so they know nothing about each other

round 2: They know about each other but they are in their base forms and have base equipment, spider-man gets his base suit and none of starks tech, the guardians get their base weapons and equipment.

Round 3: They know about each other and they are in their prime forms and have prime equipment, spider-man gets the iron spider and edith, the guardians get their prime weapons and equipment

spider-man gets 30 minutes prep, the guardians get 2 hours prep

Gaurdians of course. Spiderman would take put many due to his sense but Groot With his tendrils would keep spider on the defensive while mantis grabs him and puts him to sleep. The others fall though or get humiliated

I think at best for Pete it’s a draw. I can’t see how he downs Groot. He won’t do it with strikes and I just don’t see webbing being the be all and end all. :/

He probably can eventually down the others, given his fear of dodging multiple gunfire from Mysterio’s drones. So shots from Quill, Nebula. and Rocket alongside H2H attempts by Drax, Mantis, and Gamora should be (somewhat) easy to dodge. Quill’s tech can be tricky, and the Guardians definitely have some fight in them, but dodging automatic fire as Peter did should be faster than their combined offensive output.

But again…Groot.

This is honestly a huge mismatch. The guardians deal with threats to entire systems. They are not in the same tier level

I don’t think anyone on team can near match this stuff^^ the speed is incredible and it’s far from Spideys best speed feats, plus he’s punching apart, kicking apart, and ripping apart Stark drones.
