- 2 days prep for both.

- In character.

- Battle takes place on Tamaran.

- This is adult Loki.

- Before the battle, Vic Sage tells Bizarro that Loki definitely did not steal none of his cookies. Now Bizarro am totally not super-duper pissed.

- Bizarro has no knowledge on Loki, but did get to see the "Puny God" scene from the Avengers movie.

- Loki has no real knowledge on Bizarro besides that he is powerful and "talks funny". If he wants to find out more, he will have to utilize prep time to do so.

- Win by death.

Bizarro is too stupid to use prep in any important way. He may even kick himself, because he will belive that he is getting stronger by that.

Loki might be able to use the Prep to his advantage... it would still be hard if Bizarro "Really Understands" what is going on here as he could blitz in and attack Loki before he could initiate anything period.
