20k Blood Angels -_- this guys can take out every Therons in this fight or even the entire Locust

1 mil Guards =men should be enough to keep the entire locust horde from overrunning them

But Locust also have ability to use emergence hole cause of corpsers

Its like fighting the Orcs without WAAAGH!

@detrolord: You have to consider 20k Blood Angels with bolters and powerswords (Cause chainswords weren't enough) that can all be deployed via-drop pod.

That is just the Blood Angel force... This... is crazy cause the Blood Angels don't have that many. That had more then that back in the Great Crusade, but not now.

They are going to walk over the Locust.

This is more like, "Blood angels with IG back up vs Locust."

Yeah as i said they can even take out the entire locust even only the Blood Angel SM

The only advantage Locust have is emergence hole but its not enough but the the Guardsman is also here to stop the entire locust ambushes

Especially the Blood Angels are the Best in close combat in the Imperium and experience most of the Blood Angels lived around 500

Also don't forget the Black Rage

should be i guess but the only way to defeat the Imperial is the Rift Worm i guess

Giving Blood Angels all powerswords.. that is insane. Where Crawlers would have been a threat if they could manage to ambush them, now they really aren't as powerswords are going to slice through any creature or armor the Locus have at their disposal.

@detrolord: And look at Death Korps casualties ratings then look at Valhallans. :P Valhallans can win without having to drown their enemies in their own blood.

(I never said they were better, just that with Commissar Cain leading this army, it makes more sense for them to be Valhallans as that is the regiments he was attached to in the novels.)

Though I think you should take away the Space Marine units because as @wut this would feel more like Space Marines with Imperial Guard vs Locust rather than Imperial Guard vs Locust.

The regiment in question is cadian regiment. Also I have reduced the blood angels to 300 and replaced their powers swords with chainswords.
