Grendel-Prime is in his later, heavily-rebuilt stages, such as in Past Prime, Devil Quest, or Batman-Grendel II, and is fully charged with sunlight. He is armed with his laser sword and a laser pistol.
Innocent is at his best, and can use all his powers. He is armed with a kwan-do (like a halberd).
Battle takes place in the Tower of London at twilight, starting at 20'. Win by any means. In character.
