Etrigan vs Firestorm

Etrigan vs Firestorm (Jason).  Both pre-New 52 standard versions.
 
Battle takes place in a high school cafeteria.  They start 20' apart.  In character.

Would he do that in character? My understanding is that he would not.

Oh didn't see that it's in-character than Etrigan wins.

This would certainly end poorly for a Firestorm desperately and clumsily trying to protect civilians while Etrigan (the guy who punched Superman into orbit) rips his head off his body with his claws.

I seriously doubt that transmutation would even work on Etrigan. He's faced plenty who can mystically transmute and none of them could do it to him. He could use spells to achieve the same and also to harm Firestorm while intangible.

This is a great battle, I think etrigan would win because Jason Blood has more experience. But it would be close, as firestorm has a greater powerset.

@IZZR: When I said Jason would win I meant Jason Blood (etrigan's human form), my bad I forgot firestorm is also named jason. Firestorm is a 100 plus tonner and can move at superhuman speeds (600 miles plus), Etrigan is stronger but not that much stronger and speed wise I will admit I haven't seen any amazing speed feats by either party. Etrigan wins because he has more experience, has a healing factor, is more durable, and I dont believe he can be transmuted as Klarion and Wotan who both can transmute haven't transmuted him.

Etrigan is quite a bit physically stronger than Firestorm unless I missed something.

Still, what if Firestorm turned the air around Etrigan into Prometheum?
