Vartox (as seen in Power Girl, pre-new 52) and the Forgotten One (AKA Gilgamesh) (standard, with armor).
Since a few of these are a little obscure, let me summarize some of their powers. Etrigan is obviously a very powerful demon. Quantum is an alien warrior with class 100 strength, able to fly through a star, and able to teleport so quickly it is as if he can create multiple versions of himself. Vartox describes his powers as ""...freeze breath, the ability of flight, invulnerability, super strength and senses, telekenesis, telepathy and energy projection, astral projection, and the ability to transfer these powers to others." (His strength etc. are on the level of Power Girl). Gilgamesh is on Thor's strength level with powerful concussive blasts and virtual invulnerability, as well as minor telepathy.
Battle takes place in the Andes mountains. No speed blitz. In character. Both team will exhibit good teamwork. Quantum can't be defeated by making it cloudy!
Win by any means except BFR.
