@Owie: Her kiss is really powerful, but not necessary. She magically seduced the Hulk without kissing him in Secret Wars (though she just made him pass out, rather than using him against his enemies or anything). She tried it on Captain America too, but his will was too strong.
IMO, she is at least as good at the seduction schtick as Starfox. Probably better, since I think she can use her powers to basically just brainwash people into doing things they probably wouldn't normally, whereas Starfox's powers seem, to me, to be more like giving someone a few drinks to loosen them up (admittedly though, I haven't seen a huge number of his showings).
Amora also has the advantage of using illusions and stuff to make herself look different. Don't like blondes? No problem, she'll just look like whatever you desire most, although again, with her magic she can probably just make most people desire her as much as she wants, even if she's not normally their thing.
Also, I'm not sure how strong Starfox's will is, but Professor X once tried to communicate with Amora telepathically, and she just laughed at his puny powers before kicking him out of her head. So I feel that she probably has a much better chance of resisting Starfox's powers than vice versa.
As far as HtH goes, I think Starfox is a lot faster, a better fighter, and can fly (okay, Amora can too, but I don't think she's really adept at using it for combat, just getting around). He actually lasted a few seconds against Thanos, from what I recall. Amora is very strong and tough (smacked away the Lizard like he was nothing), but I think Starfox would eventually wear her down while dodging most of her attacks. If she had her magic, even just purely offensive, this would probably end up a stomp in her favor, but strictly HtH I don't think her strength will compensate for Starfox's speed and skill.
