For real, I think Talia al-Ghul. But preppy time for Dent may be wonderful.

Talia because she was trained by Shiva I think. I may have read that in Hush. Pre N52 Duela beats her in the looks department

Gonna have to go with Talia on this one.

Poor Duela. I don't think she's ever won a battle.

I believe The princess of Assassins takes this one, but not without a fight, Trained by the same trainer of batman, she was born to kill. raised to kill. taught how to kill quickly.

on the other hand, Duela, just like her father, may seem reckless but really already has planned 5 steps ahead of her opponent. given more prep time i believe she could take this battle, but with only a day to plan out, she can not honestly handle one on one with a trained assassin.
