Yes.

While powerful they can be taken out, Raven and Creeper could take out most of Team 2 by themselves

Yeah like what Dondave said. Then Powergirl, Etrigan, Raven, Starifre, and Creeper gang up on Lobo and beat him but not easily.

Team 1 for sure, that team has someone to counter each member of the other team.

Team 1 has no answer for Cheetah's speed. She cuts up PG and the rest of the team while Lobo slugs it out with the fiery poet. I know it.

Cheetah's speed is beastly, but could she really harm Etrigan? That guy is by definition difficult to hurt (without Holy Water or something). That and if she loses a step, she could be banished by Raven or Omni-bursted by Starfire. Or something.

KO is a win option. Ghost Rider can be KOed so I'm thinking maybe he can too. Honestly I don't know much about Etrigan or Raven. I kind of just throw ideas out and let people correct me. Easy way to learn. I don't see Starfire as a threat to Lobo or Cheetah though.
