Classic Marauders vs an X-Force team

Classic Marauders (Arclight, Blockbuster, Harpoon, Prism, Riptide, Sabretooth, Scalphunter, Scrambler, Vertigo) vs a mix-and-matched X-Force team (Psylocke, Wolverine, Deadpool, Archangel, Warpath, X-23, Domino, Bishop).

Wolverine has his healing factor. Standard gear for all.

Battle takes place near Michael Heizer's Double Negative desert art installation, starting 30' apart. In character, win by any means.

Who wins and why?

Cool fight. My monies on X-Force. Better fighters and advantage with Betsy's telepathy (i.e. - trick Scramber into using his powers on his teammates again).

Good point; although the Marauders can also use Vertigo to make all of X-Force nauseous and disoriented, so they both have psychic-style attacks to throw off the other team.

Archangel can block out Psylocke unless Warren is actively trying to subdue him. If Vertigo is around the same "power" there's no reason he can't do the same.

That was when he was Apocalypse's heir and not just standard Archangel.

@dondave: pfft. we use the most recent, he was the most recent Archangel! :P

X-Force, Psylocke may solo this team. Then add Domino's luck and they're dead

@dondave: do they still call him Archangel? I gave up ANXM pretty quickly.

Even so, he's totally different =p

We're using the standard, non-amped, metal-winged Archangel, as pictured.
