Having said that, is it common for Ult Cap to cut his opponents in half with his shield? Seems like a one off. He atleast wouldn't start the fight that way.

Its a morals off fight and he has used his shield for cutting people apart more then the instances posted. I recall one other instance where he used his shield to cut someone in half. I forget his name though.
@jashro44: Tied down on table. gets up in time to dodge bullets at POINT BLANK RANGE and kill everyone.

Here he dodges LMG rapid fire bullets and in the next scan barely moving at all,Dodges bullets once again at near point blank range,even kicks a gun up in the air and accurately kills the two enemies.

Cap is going to be faster to the draw and I don't see why he won't be able to cut his head off with a shield. I have only read a little bloodshot admittedly, but I don't believe he has any speed feats that really impress.
@batmanfanboy There is no bullet dodging in the scans where he is tied down. The second scan he does get shot in the leg and the side. It looks like he is just running through and some of the bullets are missing him. And he actually does throw that shield at pretty fast speeds. IIRC he tossed a sewer grate with enough force to cut a steel cable which I believe would require him to toss it at bullet speed.

He isnt as strong as nuke who beat the SH*** out of cap and hes not as fast as John steele either.
He just has too many options and technically speaking since bloodshot is a teknopath he can technically break the shield since it is made of alloys and metals.
Magneto cant do it cuz hes more magnetic but anything of alloy and metal bloodshot should be able to stop.

No offence but did you read my post? The point was he cut a steel string by tossing a piece of metal. In order to do that feat you would have to toss it at bullet speed. And unlike the people that bloodshot is "dodging" shots from cap has actual accuracy feats. The point of the scan is ultimate cap can toss his shield at bullet speed or close too.
Technopathy does not let you break down metal. It allows you to control technology.

Your saying he can't stop bloodshot but there is no evidence decapitation won't work.....Its about who's faster because thats who will get the killing strike first. I was apparently wrong about him using it 4 times all though IIRC one time was when he was in the Harda protocol and the other time was when he had limbs torn apart and was in immense pain (I'll admit I am not sure on the last point). So there is context that does apply. Cap has cut people with his shield a few times and he wasn't even bloodlusted when he did unlike here.
He won't get his brain fired if he tosses the shield first.
