- Two .45 automatics (2 clips for each)

- 3 standard grenades

HARLEY:

- Has her Ivy-given powers

- Mallet

- Popgun

- 2 joker-bombs that erupt with smilex

- .500 magnum revolver (six shots)

I'll back Harley. I haven't seen anything impressive from Arsenal outside of the New 52, and even then he didn't do much.

Not sure! I'd probably back arsenal though but I haven't read a lot on him pre new52. Even at some of his low points his morals might hinder him in this fight but I think he has enough experience to win. Harley's healing would probably be a pain in the ass for him though.
