    "Where does he get those wonderful toys?" is the answer regarding the origins of the Batmobile when Batman sets to have his vehicle undergo a series of repairs and upgrades through his private contractor- mechanic. The Penguin, however, learns of the whereabouts of the identity of Batman's tech ally and sets to put his old enemy into the wrecking yard.
